Manakai O Malama was established in 2002 by Dr. Ira Zunn, M.D., M.P.H., and Alia Zunin, L.A.C. Dr. Zunin, a preventive medicine physician, and his wife Alia, an acupuncturist, envisioned an integrative healthcare clinic to serve the people of Hawaii by bringing together both modern medicine and traditional healing practices to offer the best pathways to healing. we hope to incorporate both the time-honored traditions of ancient medicine with innovative contemporary healthcare.
