Meet Dr. David Parliament

Dr. David Parliament graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2001, the founding College of Chiropractic, located in Davenport, Iowa. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Southwest State University located in Marshall, Minnesota, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree. A sense of adventure coupled with a strong belief in the benefits of Chiropractic care inspired Dr. Parliament to volunteer his professional time in a disadvantaged country.
