SMART Sports Medicine

Dr. Ross was born and raised in Cheyenne, WY and graduated from Cheyenne East High School in 1976. He was accepted to Hasting College and became a scholar-athlete in football. From there he went onto Medical School at Creighton and finished up residency with the University of Wyoming Family Practice. Skip started Smart Sports Medicine Center in 1992. Since that time he has grown his 18,000 sq. ft. Sports Medicine business to include Physical Therapy and the Training Center. He has been a member of CFD (Cheyenne Frontier Days) since 1986, starting out as an Arena Physician and expanding to the CFD Medical Director in 2018. Dr. Ross is currently the Colorado Eagles Hockey Team Physician and PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Associate Team Physician.
